Welcome to BookMyFunctions! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, whether you are a venue partner, an event organiser (“Customer”) or a visitor (collectively, “you”). By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “BookMyFunctions”, “we”, or “us”: BookMyFunctions Ltd., operator of the platform.
  • “Venue”: A business or individual listing event/function spaces on the platform.
  • “Customer”: A person or organisation booking a Venue.
  • “Booking”: A confirmed reservation between a Customer and Venue.
  • “Packages”: Venue offerings including catering, drinks, room hire, entertainment, etc.

2. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into contracts.

4. Account Registration

  • Venues must complete onboarding and provide accurate business information.
  • Customers need to register to complete a booking with a venue. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Services Overview

BookMyFunctions provides:

  • Searchable Venue listings
  • Instant or request-based Bookings
  • Management application for venues for managing events
  • Package customisation tools

6. Booking Terms

  • Instant Booking: Automatically confirmed when enabled.
  • Booking Requests: Must be approved by the Venue within 24 hours.
  • Deposit: Required at time of booking; payment terms are at the discretion of the venue.
  • Outstanding Balance Payment: Due as per Venue’s policy.
  • Cancellations: Governed by each Venue’s policy.

7. Fees & Payments

  • Service Fee: There is are no service fees for customers making bookings.
  • Venue Control: Venues set pricing and manage add-ons.

8. Venue Partner Obligations

  • Keep listings up to date.
  • Ensure facilities are safe, licensed, and event-ready.
  • Respond to bookings within 24 hours.
  • Comply with data protection laws.

9. Customer Obligations

  • Submit accurate booking information.
  • Follow Venue rules and regulations.
  • Leave premises in proper condition.
  • Pay all required fees on time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on BookMyFunctions is protected. You may not copy or use it without permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled as described in our [Privacy Policy].

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BookMyFunctions for any claims resulting from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination
